Chinese whispers: Paingout, Instagram and stolen photos

Do you know the "Chinese whispers" game? I've been a victim of it for a few years now, and it's a pain. I'm going to sum it all up for you.
For a while, I was criticized on Twitter for posting photos of people on my Instagram account, without permission. Either photos of pretty girls at the beach, in swimsuits, or photos of pretty legs (often crossed), taken in Paris or on public transit.
